Led Ceiling Light Blinking Fast
A common issue associated with using led flood lights is flashing or flickering.

The reason for this can usually be found in the electrical wiring. The most common cause of ceiling fan lights that strobe like this is due to wrong size light bulbs more specifically the light bulb size may be too large so i would check this first and make sure they are the recommended size. If the flickering bulb is a cfl try replacing it with an led or incandescent bulb. Led lights flickering when switched off.
Modern dimmer switches create the dimming effect by switching the power supply. A long cycle time probably means that the heat is triggering the circuit to shut down. It only happens in the one fixture. The 4th flashes on an off like a strobe.
